| Pizza n Cono is fast food - made faster! Since this one handed food which can be consumed while walking / driving – location needs to be selected where human traffic on the move is high. Ideal location can be divided into 4 main categories |

High traffic area – such as Railway stations / Metros / bus stops / Airports |

Shopping area – such as busy shopping streets / Shopping malls / Food courts etc. |

Leisure area – such as Cinemas / children parks / tourist places etc. |

Commercial area – such as IT parks / call centres / Big commercial complexes etc |

A typical area requirement for single outlet can vary from small kiosk of 70-80 sq ft to proper
saloon area of 150-200 sq ft. |

| Central Kitchen |
Central kitchen will be setup and operated by Arundina Foodstuff Pvt Ltd and all raw material / ingredients shall be supplied by them to franchisee as per agreed terms and conditions.
Master Franchisee shall help Arundina to set up central Kitchen at suitable place in City and provide all necessary assistance in setting up kitchen including all necessary Gov. Approvals etc. |

Franchisee shall have rights to open and run number of retail outlets for selling Pizza n Cono in agreed area under brand name of “Cafe d Cono” under licence agreement with Arundina Foodstuff P Ltd. |

Franchisee shall have rights to use trade names and trademarks belonging to Arundina for agreed period. |
| » |
Franchisee shall run and operate these outlets as per guidelines and terms and condition as specified under licence agreement with Arundina Foodstuff P Ltd. |
